Device Details

Select your device and network to determine whether we can unlock your iPhone or iPad. If we can, we will inform you of the price and timescale and you will be prompted for your IMEI and personal details.

If you do not know what network the handset is locked to, simply choose 'Unknown' and purchase an IMEI lookup to determine what network it is locked to.

Unique Identifier

Your IMEI number is a 15-digit number unique to your handset. You can find your IMEI number in the Settings > General > About screen. If you cannot access this screen, then simply eject the sim tray on your iPhone. The IMEI will be printed on the sim tray.

Please do not give us the IMEI written on the box, as boxes are often switched. If unsure, simply put TBA and we will help you find the IMEI after purchase.

    • This does not appear to be a valid IMEI - Please check you have typed it correctly. It should be 15 digits in length. If you are not sure just put TBA. Unlock possible - we can unlock this handset on all basebands, up to and including firmware 4.2.1.
