Unique Identifier

Your IMEI number is a 15-digit number unique to your handset. You can find your IMEI number in the Settings > General > About screen. If you cannot access this screen, then simply eject the sim tray on your iPhone. The IMEI will be printed on the sim tray.

Please do not give us the IMEI written on the box, as boxes are often switched. If unsure, simply put TBA and we will help you find the IMEI after purchase.

Unsure what network your handset is locked to?

Simply fill in the form and choose 'Unknown' as your network, we can do a lookup on Apple's database and tell you what network the handset was originally locked to, the serial number of the handset, and how much warranty is left on the device. The cost of this service is £10.00

How does the unlock work

Having made payment, we simply process your IMEI within Apple's iTunes database by marking it as unlocked, then email you when its done. You just plug your iPhone into iTunes - and you're unlocked allowing you to use your iPhone on any GSM network worldwide without fear of it ever re-locking. This is a permanent, and official solution.
